At Nice Things By Helena, we want you to love your home treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home decor and textiles remain in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
